Mostly As: Connect with animals to transmute negative energy.
You are naturally connected to animals; it’s as if there is a telepathic connection.  Ever wonder why you just feel better petting your four legged friend?  Well, it’s that natural ability that animals just have to change the energy and raise the vibration.  Even if you don’t have a pet, you can look at pictures of puppies, etc or visit a local pet shop to boost your mood.  You can also visit a local park or visit someone who has a pet.  Either way, spend time with animals as a way to help you heal or to just boost your mood!

Mostly Bs: Talk with people whose opinion you value
While it is great to listen to people’s problems as a way to help them solve the problem at hand, it can be overbearing if boundaries aren’t set.  So, when it’s your time to vent or just talk about what’s on your mind gather a person or a group of people who really matter to you and talk!  Talking really elevates your mood and ideas just bloom!  When focus on healing, talk about being healed and plan events.  This is a great way to get your mind to focus on the positive.

Mostly Cs: Connect with the Elements
Staying indoors is especially detrimental to you.  You need fresh air, you need the high spirits that the holidays brings, and you need the other elements in your life.  Going to a park is a way to help you heal because the trees provide the extra oxygen you need to take deep breaths, meet fellow nature people, and to gain insight.  Create a bonfire, visit a waterfall, or bring the nature to you by putting a bamboo plant on your desk at work.  Be creative.  The elements are all around you.

Mostly Ds: Connect with a cup of cocoa
Like that warm and fuzzy feeling that tea/coffee/cocoa/etc gives you?  Feel like it’s just right and you can now function?  Well drinking tea is very healing especially with honey and lemon added. Coffee and cocoa will make you feel comfortable and right at home.  So, why not use that as a method for healing?! Grab your favorite mug, your favorite flavor of tea, get a book (or watch a movie), and a blanket and your good to go to feel that healing!

Mostly Es: Connect with the spiritual you
Pray, meditate, make dream boards, create a God Box, and so forth.  Connecting to Spirit is a certifiable way to help you heal because that is just how you associate healing…healing with the Divine.  You understand that it’s beneficial to pray and still take your medicine.  Praying, meditating etc. is like an extra boost for you.  Therefore, keep working on your spiritual path and you will continue to be healed.
