Mostly As: Get moving! Dancing or singing in the shower would help greatly.
The traditional way of getting a blank sheet of paper, a pencil, and locking yourself in your room will not get you motivated to figure out what your goals are at the moment. Instead, get that body moving and activate that throat chakra! Make up your own dance and dance to your favorite song. Put on your favorite song, grab your hair brush to pretend it’s a microphone and sing your heart out. By doing the above or something similar you are already activating your creativity. Thus, motivating you into becoming a ‘doer’ and not just a ‘thinker’ staring at the ceiling!
Mostly Bs: Go metro! Ride the train or bus. Just make sure you get out of the house and be outdoors
Being indoors for a long period of time is not your style! Grab a pen a note book and just ride a train for a while. Mentally, you can drift off as someone else is in the driver’s seat. Thus giving you a chance to relax and still travel at the same time. It would be even better if you can ride a train that goes outdoors and not just underground so that you get a view of the scenery. You may even meet someone who says something that will trigger your creative side and get you motivated to do something!
Mostly Cs: Satisfy your hunger and/or thirst! Get some tea and cookies!
So you want to get motivated to do something, but you are missing something. One would think that a painter has his favorite brush or a sketch artist has her favorite pencil. Well, your favorite thing to get you feeling warm and fuzzy inside could be cinnamon tea and ginger snaps. Whatever the case may be, start off with a light snack so that you stay motivated!
Mostly Ds: Get a workout! Go for a jog or do some other physical activity.
It just doesn’t feel right unless you got to work for it, huh? No worries. Go for a quick jog to get yourself pumped up into doing more. Therefore you get a mental and physical workout. Don’t forget to keep that iphone handy so you can jot down ideas as they come to you while your jogging. Inspiration can come at any time!
