Mostly As: You either don’t need a lot of sleep to function properly through the day (I would say the next day but let’s face it you’re up past midnight!) so you just decide not to go to bed early or you do try to go to sleep but sleep just doesn’t come naturally to you. Either way, it would be beneficial ton have power crystals next to you when you do sleep so that you get the best dreams and remember them…not to mention you will receive a certain amount of healing through the crystals. The stronger crystals will also be beneficial because you don’t sleep for long, or not at all, so the affects will work faster whereas if you were using a softer crystal it would work a bit slower and gentler. An ideal crystal would be to get it in its cluster form so that the energy will be released through the nvarious points, reflect that energy throughout the room, and provide a great service. In addition, the following crystals are great colors for dreaming. Based on the above, the following crystals will work wonders: clear quartz, amethyst, and angelite.

Mostly Bs: Sleep is a very important part of the day to you and you better get the amount of sleep you require for yourself or else there will be some problems! Because sleeping is such a highlight of yourday, you can make the time to strategically make a crystal grid to optimize your dreaming experience. You can buy tumble crystals to place under your pillow; then, you can place the remaining crystals on your nightstand, in the corners of your room and so forth. Since you actually sleep in your bed, you can meditate with the crystals. Thus, raising the vibration in your bedroom and making it feel like your dreamtime sanctuary. You can even change the grid by just surrounding your bed with crystals instead of your entire room. You can be as creative as you want and you’ll put the effort into it because sleep is important to you and this is a great sleep aid! You can use various forms (tumble, clustered, etc) of crystals since some of them will be on the night stand and not just under your pillow. Some crystals you can use are the Herkimer diamond, amethyst, clear quartz, selenite, and angelite.

Mostly Cs: You get the adequate amount of sleep per se, you don’t lie around in bed, and you are on the go. Well in your case just a few tumbled stones, which are crystals that have been ‘smoothed’ so there are no sharp points, will work just fine for you. Most likely, you are not going to make the time to set up a crystal grid because your too busy doing other things and when it’s time to go to bed that’s exactly what you plan to do! Begin by saying an affirmation to experience sweet dreams that you will remember. Then, you can just put a few tumbled stones in your pj’s pocket, under your pillow, in the pillowcase, or on the nightstand. Also, you may have carried some negative energy, unknowingly, to bed with you because you were probably watching the news or doing some chore right before bed. Because of that lower energy, you will need to spiritually cleanse yourself in order to truly enjoy sleep. Therefore, the following crystals will work well for you during dreamtime: clear quartz, rose quartz, malachite, selenite, and angelite.
